Making Mobile Deposits

With the mobile app, you can securely deposit checks on the go. To make a deposit:

  1. Endorse the check you will be depositing with your signature and account number.
  2. On the front of the check write “Mobile Deposit” and the date.
  3. From the app’s main menu select "Deposit" then "New Deposit."
  4. Select the account to deposit the check and enter the amount.
  5. Take a photo of the front and the back of the check.
  6. Once images are captured, select "Deposit."

You can check the status of your deposit at any time by selecting "Deposit History." We recommend storing the original check for 10 days after the deposit, but no more than thirty (30) calendar days in a secured location after the check is deposited through mobile banking.

E-Statements

When you enroll in e-statements, you will receive a monthly email notifying you that your statement is available online. Popmoney

Popmoney is a person to person payments service (P2P) that enables individuals to send and receive payments electronically in a manner that is designed to displace traditional check payments. Customers may access Popmoney via our bill payment services, which is integrated into our online banking websites.

The name Popmoney originates from (P)ay (O)ther (P)eople + (Money)

Popmoney differs from other person to person payment services in the manner that transactions take place. Popmoney transactions execute from the sender's checking account to the receiver's checking account directly, there is no requirement for a stored value account for either participant.

Debit and ATM Cards

Use our ATM and Debit Cards for easier banking. Go paperless with our Visa® Debit Card. For your checking accounts, these cards allow 24/7 access to your funds. ATM cards are available for savings and money market accounts. Features include:

How do I report a lost or stolen Debit Card?

Notify us immediately if your Debit or ATM card becomes lost or stolen. During regular business hours (9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday) call you branch. Before or after business hours, weekends, and holidays call 800-554-8969.

How do I dispute a Debit Card charge?

Call us at the branch or visit one of our offices. We will collect all the information from you needed to research and dispute the charge.

My Debit Card is going to expire soon. Do I need to do anything?

No. You should receive your new Visa® Debit Card in the mail about two weeks before your current card expires. Your current card is good through the last day of the expiration month that appears on the front of your card.

If you do not receive your new card within two weeks of the expiration of your current card, or if your card has already expired, please call the branch directly and we can help.

How do I replace a damaged Debit Card?

If your Debit Card is not functioning properly or is damaged, stop by or call one of our offices.  We can issue a card immediately at any of our branch facilities while you wait. In most cases you can have the same Personal Identification Number (PIN) you are currently using will work with your new card.

How do I find a surcharge free ATM near me?

Our bank is connected to MoneyPass®, which can give you access to over 20,000 surcharge-free
ATMs nationwide.
